Hi Guys!
Welcome back to another day of Blogmas!

I can’t believe I’ve made it to Day 20 of Blogmas! Last time i tried to do Blogmas i only made it to like day 16 or 17, so this is a personal best of mine!
Today i’m talking about being pregnant during the holidays. More importantly, some tips to help get you through the holidays.
Being pregnant during the holidays can add another level difficulty to an already overwhelming season. Here are some tips to help you out….
- Rest as needed – You are growing another human, it’s ok to need to rest and to not be able to do everything all at once. Listen to your body and slow down when necessary.
- Stay hydrated – It’s really easy to forget to drink water during the colder months, but staying hydrated is so very important, even more so when you are pregnant. So keep chugging that water.
- Limit sugar – It’s ok to have a Christmas treat, here and there, but try not to overindulge. It’s not good for you or your baby. Plus sugar makes you more tired and sluggish, so avoid it as much as possible and you will feel so much better.
- Take some ‘Me Time’ – This kind of goes along with rest as needed and limit sugar, but it’s important to take care of yourself during this time. You are probably busy doing ALL THE THINGS (shopping, wrapping gifts, baking, cooking, etc.), so take some time for yourself to; exercise, take a bath, read a book, whatever calms you and makes you happy!
I hope you find these tips helpful, and i hope you are having a wonderful holiday season!
Be sure to come back again tomorrow for another fun post!

I loved being pregnant during the holidays! I didn’t have anemia for once lol! But also it helped the hot flashes I kept getting! It was definitely an experience.
