Super Bowl Foods

Hi Guys!

With the Super Bowl fast approaching, i thought i would share some of my favorite Super Bowl foods.

Wings – You can’t even think of Super Bowl foods, without thinking wings! They are a true classic Super Bowl food. I just buy a bag of the frozen buffalo wings and cook them as directed on the package. Then i serve them with ranch & celery.

Lil’ Smokies – These are such a crowd pleaser, even my 6 year old LOVES these. They are so easy to make too. Dump a package of lil’ smokies into a saucepan (or crockpot) and cover with BBQ sauce. Cook until warmed through and then serve. Easy Peasy and Yummy!

Pizza – It’s fun to make homemade pizzas, we have even made individual pizzas before for Super Bowl. The kids love to make their own pizzas.

Ribs – Another classic game day food! I love to slowly cook mine in the oven and serve them with; coleslaw, rolls, and corn.

The next 2 Super Bowl Foods are new for me this year, but they are really good.

Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip – Only 5 ingredients and so convenient that you make it in the crockpot. You can get the recipe HERE.

Bacon & Ranch Cheese Ball – Another 5 ingredient recipe and it’s also low carb, if you are doing the whole low carb/keto thing. You can get the recipe HERE.

What’s your favorite Super Bowl food?

That’s when i decided to do another fun filled week, in our homeschool, focusing on winter themed learning. Today i’m going to share everything we did for our winter themed learning week.

I’m going to break things up into 3 categories; activities, snacks, and books.

3. Polar Bear Graham Crackers – I got the idea/recipe from The Simple Parent.

5. ‘Frozen’ Themed Muddy Buddies – This was one of the kids favorite snacks we had! Find the recipe HERE.

Books:

  1. Stopping By Woods On A Snowy Evening – Robert Frost
  2. The Magic Of Friendship Snow – Andi Cann
